Fenugreek, also known as methi, is a plant that grows to a height of 10-15 cm with three-lobed, serrated leaves. Its seeds are ground and added to pastirma, imparting a distinctive aroma, and when cooked, they have a milder flavor that becomes somewhat spicy when dried. In cooking, it can be added in powder form to various meats, chicken, vegetables, and meatballs.

Tip: Have you tried adding a bit of ground fenugreek to roasted potatoes? You might be pleasantly surprised!
