Vegeta is a blend of spices made from mustard, turmeric, dehydrated vegetables (carrot, onion), dried herbs (bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, parsley), and salt.

It is used in all dishes as a substitute for traditional spices, with caution regarding salt dosage (as it already contains salt). Vegeta imparts a particularly delicious and light flavor without any spiciness! It is primarily used in soups (as a replacement for chemical vegetable cubes), as well as in fish and meat dishes in small amounts, as it can replace the salt content (no additional salt is needed).
