The Cold & Flu Blend is a unique combination of essential oils designed to combat the symptoms of colds and flu.

This blend can be used in a diffuser, applied to your clothing, or incorporated as an active ingredient in a massage oil. It is especially beneficial for those who have started to experience cold symptoms (such as a runny nose and cough). The active ingredients in Cold & Flu help alleviate symptoms (e.g., nasal congestion, headaches) and facilitate quicker recovery from infections.

The Cold & Flu blend relies on four essential oils:

• Eucalyptus, known for its effectiveness in clearing respiratory congestion and addressing coughs, fevers, and migraines.
• Peppermint, which is suitable for respiratory infections (dry cough, bronchitis, asthma) and headaches.
• Oregano, recognized for its properties against respiratory issues, with strong antibacterial and antifungal action.
• Lemon, which is believed to have a positive effect on coughs, throat infections, and fevers.

To use Cold & Flu, simply add 3-4 drops to your diffuser or 1-2 drops to your clothing to carry the scent wherever you go! You can also create a body oil using almond oil as a base, with a recommended ratio of 2.0% Cold & Flu blend, meaning 40 drops of the blend in 100ml of almond oil. This oil can be used for a relaxing body massage or applied in small amounts to your wrists and temples before sleep. Each 10ml bottle contains approximately 200 drops.
