The organic oil from Siberian pine nuts is produced from various species of pine seeds using the cold pressing method. Oils produced from pine are often used in cooking, while oils derived from Siberian and Korean pine seeds are used as dietary supplements.

Organic Siberian Pine Nut Oil is rich in antioxidants and pinolenic acid, an unsaturated fatty acid found only in pine nut oils. According to some estimates, the highest content of pinolenic acid is found in Siberian pine nuts and the oil produced from them, compared to other pine species. Pinolenic acid has anti-inflammatory properties that help protect, repair, and strengthen the stomach and gastric lining.
