The Matcha tincture is made by soaking Matcha leaves in an alcoholic solution (grappa) for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients from the leaves dissolve into the alcoholic solution, resulting in the tincture.
Matcha is finely ground green tea powder made from the highest quality Japanese tea leaves (tencha), which are handpicked to ensure their excellence and then steamed to preserve flavor and nutritional content. Matcha green tea has been known for over 900 years in China and Japan as a valuable traditional product with exceptionally high nutritional value.
The Matcha tea tincture contains the same active ingredients as the finely ground tea. It is a rich source of antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and amino acids. Research indicates that it contains 137 times more antioxidants than regular green tea.

Numerous studies have shown that the catechins in Matcha help reduce the risk of atherosclerosis and lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels, promoting heart health. They also contribute to skin protection against harmful UV radiation. Additionally, a derivative of catechin, EGCG, has been proven to slow the growth of cancer cells.
Dosage: Tinctures retain all the active ingredients of the herb, are particularly easy to take, and are completely natural. They undoubtedly surpass dietary supplements in pill form, as they do not contain chemicals or preservatives and are absorbed much more effectively by the body.
Herbal tinctures are very potent, so they should be consumed according to their instructions. The usual dosage is 0.5-1ml (approximately 10-20 drops per day). They should not be consumed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
