The eucalyptus tincture is obtained by immersing the aerial parts of the eucalyptus in an alcoholic solution (grape brandy) for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients of the herb dissolve into the alcoholic solution, resulting in the creation of the tincture.
The eucalyptus tincture is suitable for combating influenza, neuralgias, and rheumatism. The tincture is produced from the extracts of eucalyptus in ethyl alcohol and is more effective than an infusion of eucalyptus. Thus, according to the Committee E, the eucalyptus tincture directly combats respiratory inflammation, cough, bronchitis (acute and chronic), asthma, and sore throat by eliminating bacteria. The eucalyptus tincture liquefies phlegm as it has a soothing effect and is beneficial in cases of sinusitis and colds. For protection against colds, you can take natural echinacea drops. It serves as nature's natural antibiotic!
The tinctures retain all the active ingredients of the herb, are particularly easy to take, and are completely natural. They undoubtedly have advantages over dietary supplements in pill form, as they do not contain chemicals or preservatives and are absorbed much more effectively by the body.
Herbal tinctures are very potent, and for this reason, they should be consumed according to the instructions. The usual dosage is 0.5-1ml (approximately 10-20 drops per day). They should not be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The eucalyptus tincture is prepared in Greece under the strictest European standards and with the exclusive use of pure and controlled raw materials.
