Camphor Leaf (Ho Leaf) is derived from the plant known as Cinnamomum Camphora. The essential oil from Ho Leaf is obtained through steam distillation of the leaves and stems of the plant, and it has a pleasant, light floral aroma.

The essential oil of Camphor Leaf is used in aromatherapy as an analgesic, antibacterial, antidepressant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, sedative, and tonic, effective against insomnia, cough, and for skincare. It aids in concentration and meditation, strengthens the immune system, and possesses aphrodisiac properties.
