Organic Sesame Oil is a slightly yellow oil with a characteristic sesame aroma.

This oil contains fatty by-products such as sesamol, lignans (including sesamin and sesamolin), and lecithin. It has a balanced content of oleic and linoleic acids.

Organic Sesame Oil is an excellent oil for the skin. It is well absorbed, cleanses, and the fatty by-products help protect the skin from premature aging. Sesame oil is a good carrier for active ingredients, capable of delivering them deep into the skin tissue. Additionally, it has a light SPF factor and is popular for use in sunscreens. It nourishes dry skin with poor circulation. In Ayurveda, sesame oil is used as a massage oil and for detoxification, both externally and internally.

Sesame Oil is also an excellent cooking oil. It has a light flavor and can withstand high temperatures, making it very popular in Asian cuisine.
