The tincture blend for arthritis and rheumatism is created by immersing the aforementioned herbs in an alcoholic solution (grappa) for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients of the herbs dissolve into the alcoholic solution, resulting in the tincture.

There are over 100 different forms of "arthritis," the most common being rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and gout. What characterizes all forms of arthritis is the presence of inflammation around the joint where the bones meet.

Wild Rose is used internally (as a beverage or tincture) for arthritis and rheumatism while also boosting the body. Laboratory research has highlighted the anti-inflammatory effects of Turmeric, mainly attributed to its curcumin content. Ongoing studies—mostly laboratory-based—continue to demonstrate that curcumin protects joints and may serve as a complementary treatment for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Lastly, Oregano has numerous properties, primarily beneficial for rheumatism, arthritis, diabetes, and overall body vitality.

Tinctures retain all the active components of the herbs, are particularly easy to take, and are completely natural. They undoubtedly surpass dietary supplements in pill form, as they do not contain chemicals or preservatives and are absorbed much more effectively by the body.

Herbal tinctures are highly potent and should be consumed according to their instructions. The usual dosage is 0.5-1ml (approximately 10-20 drops per day). They should not be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
