Macadamia Butter is a semi-solid fatty substance composed of macadamia nut oil, hydrogenated vegetable oil (a form of vegetable oil made up of triglycerides of fatty acids), and tocopherol (vitamin E). The macadamia nut oil, extracted through cold pressing of the tree's nuts, is native to Australia and has an unusually high content of palmitoleic Omega-7 and oleic Omega-9 fatty acids. As a result, it exhibits strong oxidative stability. It provides intense hydration and nourishment for the skin and hair. Additionally, it offers anti-aging and emollient properties for dry, mature, and sun-exposed skin. It rejuvenates, soothes, and restores the natural lipid composition of the skin, bringing back elasticity. Furthermore, it provides antioxidant benefits and neutralizes free radicals, thereby preventing the appearance of premature signs of aging.

It is recommended for hand/foot care, moisturizing lotions for dry skin, soothing products for post-sun exposure, emollient creams and hair masks, as well as products for sensitive/irritated skin.

Macadamia Butter is "solid" at room temperature. However, it "melts" immediately upon contact with the skin, providing deep and effective hydration. When used in soap making, Macadamia Butter is an excellent product that imparts softness to the skin.
