The Hops tincture is obtained by immersing the flowers of hops in an alcoholic solution (grape brandy) for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients of the herb dissolve into the alcoholic solution, resulting in the creation of the tincture.

Hops have a strong relaxing effect on the central nervous system. They soothe tension and anxiety and are used for insomnia. As a herb from the cannabinoid family, it contributes to chronic diseases (such as Alzheimer’s, etc.). It also possesses astringent and antispasmodic properties that help with conditions such as peptic ulcers.

ACTIONS: Sedative, hypnotic, analgesic, antispasmodic, antidepressant, anxiolytic, neuroprotective.

The tinctures retain all the active ingredients of the herb, are particularly easy to take, and are completely natural. They undoubtedly have advantages over dietary supplements in pill form, as they do not contain chemicals or preservatives and are absorbed much more effectively by the body.

Herbal tinctures are very potent, and for this reason, they should be consumed according to the instructions. The usual dosage is 0.5-1ml (approximately 10-20 drops per day). They should not be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
