The Rosemary tincture is made from soaking the leaves of rosemary in an alcoholic solution (grappa) for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients dissolve into the alcoholic solution, resulting in the tincture.
Rosemary Tincture (Rosmarinus officinalis) is derived from the processing of the aromatic plant that thrives in Mediterranean countries. This herb has a long history, as all Mediterranean cultures have incorporated rosemary into their diets. Traditionally, it has been used to improve memory, relieve headaches, alleviate muscle pain, and address hair loss.
Tinctures retain all the active ingredients of the herb, are particularly easy to take, and are completely natural. They undoubtedly have advantages over dietary supplements in pill form, as they do not contain chemicals or preservatives and are absorbed much more effectively by the body.
Herbal tinctures are very potent, and for this reason, they should be consumed according to the provided instructions. The usual dosage is 0.5-1ml (approximately 10-20 drops per day). They should not be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The Rosemary tincture is prepared in Greece under the strictest European standards, using exclusively pure and tested raw materials.
