The name "Arbaroriza" comes from the words "erba" + "roza," which in Italian means "herb with a rosy color." It is a hardy shrub, 30-70 cm tall, native to South Africa and cultivated in Algeria, Egypt, Kenya, Morocco, and Greece.

Preparation:
Add 1 tablespoon of crushed organic Arbaroriza (or a pinch of uncrushed) to a container with 2 cups of water. Boil the mixture for 5-10 minutes, then strain and drink the liquid.
