Peppermint is the common name for the plant Mentha Piperita. The essential oil of Peppermint is obtained through the distillation of its leaves and flowers, and it has a fresh, cool aroma.

Peppermint essential oil is used in aromatherapy for weakness, lethargy, nausea, fever, headaches, sinusitis, improving respiration, and enhancing mental clarity and memory.

Peppermint essential oil combines well with: Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Marjoram, and Lavender.
