Face Application: We recommend mixing it with a botanical carrier oil such as almond oil, carrot oil, St. John’s Wort oil, wild rose seed oil, or wheat germ oil in a ratio of 99% carrier oil to 1% essential oil. This translates to 2 drops of essential oil for every 10 ml of carrier oil.

Body Application: We recommend a ratio of 97% carrier oil to 3% essential oil, meaning 6 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of carrier oil.

OTHER APPLICATION METHODS:

Diffuser: Use up to 10 drops of essential oil in the diffuser.
Bath or jacuzzi: Apply up to 10-15 drops of essential oil to bath water.
Steam inhalation: Apply up to 5 drops of essential oil in a pot with about 1-2 liters of hot water and inhale, covering your head and the pot with a towel to retain steam longer.
Room spray: Dilute 25 drops in 250ml of water to create a deodorizing room spray.
