Green tea is accompanied by sage leaves, hibiscus and thistle seeds. Sage prevents the symptoms of sweating while at the same time it has antimicrobial properties and hibiscus gives a sweet and sour note to the tea while at the same time it has been found to help the proper functioning of the heart.

Sencha consists of flat, long leaves that give a clean and yellowish extract with a delicate and spicy taste reminiscent of freshly cut grass. It is drunk without milk, with light meals or alone, at any time of the day. 

Japanese Sencha tea contains whole tea leaves, unlike matcha which is in powder form. During the treatment, they are steam dried and pressed to produce the leaves in thin needles, acquiring at the same time the well-known smell of freshly cut grass. Sencha tea is the most popular and widely cultivated, accounting for about 80% of production. Its taste is refreshing and a little astringent. If prepared carefully, the astringent taste is pleasant.

Preparation:

1 level tablespoon of Green Tea Sencha With Sage, Hibiscus, Thistle (seeds) is boiled with 1 glass of boiling water in a covered container, left for 3-5 minutes and drained before use.
