The Confidence Blend is a unique combination of essential oils designed to enhance self-confidence and personal self-esteem. It is aimed at those who wish to undertake and successfully fulfill their activities but do not feel the certainty of "I can do it."

The Confidence Blend can be used in a space with an essential oil burner or applied directly to the skin (which should be avoided if you have sensitive skin). It is particularly useful for those who have taken on demanding and challenging tasks that they feel may exceed their capabilities. It is applicable in all situations where high self-confidence is required to achieve one or more goals.

The Confidence Blend is based on four essential oils:

• Grapefruit, which is believed to promote positive thoughts and self-confidence.
• Petitgrain, known for its contribution to revealing an individual’s inner strength.
• Sandalwood, which fosters the feeling of being "grounded."
• Basil, which provides emotional strength and energy.

To use the Confidence Blend, simply add 3-4 drops to your diffuser or apply 1-2 drops directly to your skin (again, avoid this if you have sensitive skin). Each 10ml bottle contains approximately 200 drops.
