The use of clay for therapeutic purposes is lost in the depths of history. We know that the Ancient Egyptians, the Aborigines of Australia, the Native Americans, the Indians, the Chinese, and even the Ancient Greeks and Romans used clay for healing purposes. 

Depending on its origin and composition, the clay is presented in different shades.Red Argiletz Clay is rich in iron oxides.

Red Clay is considered, today, ideal for skin renewal. Its high content of iron oxides accelerates the regeneration of cells, strengthening the skin and giving it radiance. Its use is highly recommended in cases where the skin has "marks" (such as scars, stretch marks, burning marks, redness from "broken" blood vessels, bruises, etc.). It is also considered ideal for eye care - especially in cases of dark circles or in cases where the eyes have strong "bags". In general, it enhances the natural process of skin repair locally. 

Red Clay is usually used in the form of a "beauty mask" (alone or in combination with essential oils). However, it is often used in specific parts of the body e.g. abdomen, torso, arms which show signs of relaxation. 

If you make soaps, Red Clay will give unique properties to your "creations" and will give a deep red color to your soaps.
