Nutmeg, Latin name Myristica fragrans, is the "seed" of the fruit of the homonymous, evergreen tree of the family Myristicoids, native to the islands of Moluccas, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia that reaches a height of 10m. For many centuries, nutmeg has been the object of desire, as it was the most expensive spice in Europe. 

Nutmeg essential oil comes from distilling the seeds of the plant and is an almost colorless oil with a sweet, warm and spicy aroma. 

Nutmeg essential oil by Herbstore.gr is an excellent product with a strong therapeutic effect. It is used in cases of muscle, rheumatism, but also back pain, as it eliminates the vibrations they leave on the body and enhances endurance. In addition, it is considered a powerful stimulant of the circulatory and heart, while further helping to restore the intestinal flora, helps with digestion, digestive atony, diarrhea and intestinal parasitism.
